2017 - Greenery returns

After the frosts of late April this year, it's heartening to see greenery returning throughout the vineyard.

The majority of the vines are out of their tubes now, enjoying the spring sunshine, showers and breezes.

Very soon we'll be tieing these shoot to the stakes to prevent wind damage.

2017 - Bud burst

As we enter Spring 2017, we're looking forward to bud burst, when the small buds from that have over-wintered from last year begin to swell and shoots appear. The trellising, the support structures for the vines, was completed in March so we should be seeing a lot of significant growth this year as the vines continue to develop.

Hands on

As we get more progress on site, we're also getting much more hands on. Developing our tractor skills is the current focus.
