1. VERIFICATION OF AGE
Hidden Spring Vineyard does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18. By using this site you confirm that you are over the age of 18. By purchasing wine from Hidden Spring Vineyard you are confirming that the person receiving the shipment of wine is over the age of 18.
2. RESPONSIBLE DRINKING
Alcohol should be consumed in moderation. Alcohol consumption may cause health problems. Women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects. For more information see www.drinkaware.co.uk.
3. GENERAL
3.1 QUALITY COMMITMENT
If you don’t like a bottle that you buy for any reason we will credit you for the full amount for that particular bottle. If you have bought a case or more of a particular wine, then we will refund all of that wine, including delivery, as soon as we have collected the rest of the wine from you, provided, of course, you have only opened ONE bottle of the wine.
3.2 PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. The prices include Value Added Tax, unless otherwise specified. Any delivery charges are additional and will be added to your bill before you confirm your order.
3.3 DELIVERY
The cost of delivery quoted includes delivery by courier to GB Mainland addresses (excluding Scottish Highlands). For other destinations a surcharge will apply. Standard delivery charges are £10.00.
Delivery charges include packaging each bottle to ensure to the best of our ability that they reach you in perfect condition.
All wines or goods ordered remain the property of Hidden Spring Vineyard until payment is received in full.
3.4 TAX CHARGES
The prices shown on our website are all inclusive of VAT.
3.5 BREAKAGES
We have a no quibble policy towards breakages. Please check your order upon delivery and let us know within 24 hours by email or telephone of any breakages. We will happily replace any broken bottles or refund you the cost of the damaged bottle.
3.6 REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of receipt of the goods. If you do cancel your order, you will have your payment returned and should arrange for the goods to be sent back to us at your own cost.
4. WINE CLUB
4.1. DURATION OF MEMBERSHIP
Membership begins the on the first of the month following the date your first payment is received by Hidden Spring Vineyard and last for 12 months.
4.2 TOURS & TASTINGS
The complimentary tours and tastings for you and up to 5 friends may be taken at any time in the year but must be pre-booked in advance.
4.3 RECOMMEND A FRIEND
The percentage discount for recommending a friend applies when a friend you have recommended pays for an annual Wine Club membership within the 12 month period of your own Wine Club subscription. The discount is applied to your membership subscription cost for the following year.
4.4 DELIVERY
The shipment dates given for your annual wine allocation are given to the best of our knowledge at the time of writing. We reserve the right to change dates if we deem it necessary.
5. GENERAL
Hidden Spring Vineyard reserves the right to modify our terms and conditions without notice to you. If you continue to use this website after any changes, this constitutes your agreement to any such changes.
All content, including graphics, logos, text, images and other features on this website, and their associated copyrights and trademarks and other intellectual property are owned by Hidden Spring Vineyard.
